CAL STATE FULLERTON (11-10, 4-7) at NEVADA (14-7, 8-3)
Time--7:30 p.m.
The Titans are 2-4 since leading scorer John Williams suffered a broken wrist, but both victories were over UC Irvine. Williams is scheduled to have his cast removed for an examination in two weeks. Until he returns, the Titans’ inside play varies each game. This could be a problem because Nevada center Faron Hand leads the conference in field-goal percentage and is third in scoring. Nevada is battling with Utah State and New Mexico State for first place in the conference’s Eastern Division.
