Sheriff’s deputies arrested two men and are searching for a third suspected of beating and shooting a man early Saturday in a residential section of Thousand Oaks, authorities said.

Michael Maioriello, 24, and Michael Tetzlaff, 20, both of Thousand Oaks, were arrested at their residences several hours after the attack, which left the victim with minor head injuries and at least one gunshot wound, authorities said.

According to police, 20-year-old James Duffy of Encino was beaten and shot in the arm shortly before 2 a.m. in the driveway of an acquaintance’s home on the 2400 block of Northpark Street.

Deputies are continuing to investigate the incident and are seeking a motive.
