The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas are doubling in size, adding about 35 stores and a huge Roman Great Hall with an aquarium and a laser show. The 5-year-old shopping center at 3500 Las Vegas Blvd. South plans to open the new wing Friday. . . . Haleakala National Park on Maui has raised its daily entrance fees from $4 to $10 per car and from $2 to $5 for walk-ins. Earlier this year, the Big Island’s Hawaii Volcanoes National Park hiked its entrance fees from $5 to $10 per car and $3 to $5 for walk-ins. . . . Amtrak, which last November switched the eastern terminus of its Sunset Limited train from Miami to Sanford, Fla., 20 miles north of Orlando, has switched it again--to Orlando. The western terminus is Los Angeles. . . . Marriott on Monday is scheduled to open a nine-story, 392-room hotel at 26 Tverskaya St., about half a mile from Moscow’s Red Square. Not just blowing smoke: Carnival Cruise Lines, which plans to ban smoking aboard its new Paradise ship, says it won’t let workers smoke “anywhere on the Paradise during its entire construction period” in Finland.
