Sheriff’s investigators are asking for help in locating a woman and three men wanted on outstanding warrants.

Rosa Ayala, 38, of Oxnard is wanted on possession of selling dangerous drugs, according to authorities. She was arrested last year by Oxnard police but failed to show up for her court proceedings, police said. At the time of the arrest, Ayala listed the Wagon Wheel Motel as her address. She is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Investigators are looking for Gerald F. Wade, 69, who last lived in Ojai. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol three years ago on charges of driving under the influence and with a suspended license. He failed to make his court appearance. Investigators say Wade frequented the Pine Mountain Inn bar.

Also on the fugitive list is Joel Sanchez Garcia, 25, who was arrested last year on charges of auto theft, driving while under the influence and violating his parole. Police say he last lived at 307 W. Eucalyptus St. in Ojai. Garcia used to work at Wheeler Hot Springs as a cook before it closed down.

Brian Lee Horowitz, 25, of Ventura is wanted on several charges including armed robbery, possession of a stolen credit card, possession of dangerous drugs, violating parole and skipping on his bail bond.

Police said Horowitz--180 pounds, 6 feet, 3 inches tall with blond hair and blue eyes--has an outstanding warrant in Santa Barbara County, where he violated his probation.

Authorities said Horowitz’s family lives in Newbury Park and that Horowitz has been living in the Ventura area. His last known employment was at Nicholby’s Coffee House in Ventura.
