Cleveland Blows Lead, Loses Fourth in a Row
Ruthie Bolton-Holifield scored 23 points and the Sacramento Monarchs scored the final seven points to record a 70-67 WNBA victory over the Cleveland Rockers in front of an announced crowd of 7,420 at Arco Arena on Sunday.
Chantel Tremitiere added a season-high 16 points for Sacramento, which trailed, 67-63, with 2:19 to play.
Bolton-Holifield was only three of 10 from three-point range, but she made two in the final four minutes.
Merlaika Jones scored 15 points for Cleveland, which led by as many as 12 points the first half, but lost its fourth consecutive game.
