Clemens threw a five-hitter to become the first 15-game winner in the majors and Carlos Delgado homered twice and drove in five runs as the Blue Jays beat the Rangers, 9-1, Thursday night.
The Blue Jays had 15 hits and scored their most runs for Clemens since getting 13 on May 31.
