Kids’ Holiday Wishes to Adorn Giving Tree
The holiday wishes of abused, disabled or homeless children--waiting to be fulfilled--will be hung from the Giving Tree at the Villa Park Pharmacy.
Sponsored by the Villa Park Women’s League and the pharmacy, the 22-year-old project helps about 400 children each year who are being served through various medical and social organizations.
Most of the children will spend their holidays away from their families and may not receive a gift.
A child’s name and gift wish can be obtained at the pharmacy, 17821 Santiago Blvd. Unwrapped gifts must be handed in by Dec. 10 and wrapped gifts by Dec. 15.
