Bolsa Grande (3-2, 1-1) vs. No. 5 Rancho Alamitos (5-0, 2-0)
7 P.M. FRIDAY
BOLSA GRANDE HIGH
Bolsa Grande, already an underdog in this one, enters the game missing a major player in its pass-happy offense. Wide receiver Sam Baeder, who has 32 receptions for 627 yards and 15 touchdowns, probably will miss the game because of a back injury that kept him out of the second half of last week’s 56-26 loss to Los Amigos. Don’t be surprised if a speedy Vaquero defense constantly harasses Baughman, who has passed for 1,334 yards and 21 touchdowns. Blanco and Vickers, who have combined for more than 1,500 yards rushing and 22 touchdowns, could run wild to turn the game into a rout.
