Court Hearing for Mother in Girl’s Death Is Delayed
A preliminary hearing in Torrance Municipal Court for a 30-year-old Rancho Palos Verdes woman charged with murdering her 4-year-old daughter was put off Tuesday until Nov. 17.
Roya Dalili, the mother, and Natalie Dalili, her only child, plunged out of a 10th-floor window at the Torrance Marriott on March 3. They landed on a second-floor roof.
The impact killed Natalie Dalili. Roya Dalili suffered extensive injuries and remains confined to a hospital bed. She has pleaded not guilty to the murder charge.
