Police Searching for 3 Male Assailants
Police are looking for the three assailants who stabbed two Oxnard men as they walked home at 1:30 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of South Marquita Street.
Juan Martinez and Santos Alvarado, both in their 20s, told police that three males asked them for money. When Martinez and Alvarado said they didn’t have any, their assailants attacked them with knives.
Both Martinez and Alvarado were stabbed in their backs and arms. They were taken to Ventura County Medical Center for treatment, and both were reported in stable condition Saturday.
