Saturday and Jan. 11: Glendale Rose Pruning and Garden Show, with seminars on rose pruning and planting, fruit tree care, flower arranging and vegetable gardening, plus garden-related products, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Jan. 11 at Glendale Civic Auditorium, 1401 N. Verdugo Road, Glendale. $3, children and parking free.
