Pets Can Get Low-Cost Rabies Vaccinations
City animal control officers are joining with a local veterinarian to offer low-cost rabies vaccinations to pet owners this weekend.
Dr. Doris Haggans will be vaccinating dogs and cats Saturday from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at the Seal Beach Animal Clinic, 1700 Pacific Coast Highway. The cost is $4.
