Binge Drinking
* As a Cal State Fullerton student, I have gone to several fraternity parties where binge drinking of alcohol was the main attraction.
Additional steps should be taken by the community, CSUF and the Greeks to address Orange County’s alcohol problems in the college communities.
Other fraternities should follow the example of Sigma Nu fraternity, which has gone dry at CSUF. Banning alcohol promotions and advertising throughout campus will result in less binge drinking and allow for better concentration on academics.
