CORONADO--See rare and historic sports cars, dating from 1912 to 1972, roar across the North Island Naval Air Station in the Chrysler Classic Speed Festival Nov. 14-15. NEWCASTLE--Get a healthy dose of vitamin C at the fifth annual Mountain Mandarin Festival, Nov. 22. About 50% of domestic mandarin oranges are grown in and around this former center of the fruit-packing industry. BARSTOW--Buckaroos will band together, along with Roy (Dusty) Rogers Jr., for a tribute to the late Roy Rogers at the Calico Heritage Festival, Nov. 27-29. Activities include a Roy Rogers memorabilia display, a shooting contest, arts and crafts, a cowboy encampment and, on Nov. 28, a dance and barbecue.
