IRVINE
The City Council this week proposed creating a five-member panel to decide where to build a Northwood area library, which, like the city’s other two libraries, would be part of the Orange County system. Councilman Greg Smith suggested the committee designate its preferred site within the next 60 days. The new library would serve residents in Northwood, Tustin Ranch and Lower Peters Canyon.
