* SAN DIEGO (2-0) at CAL STATE NORTHRIDGE (1-2), 7 p.m., KCSN-FM (88.5)--A three-point basket in the final second gave San Diego a 71-69 victory over Northridge last season, the sixth consecutive for the Toreros over the Matadors. Porous interior defense and poor rebounding have plagued Northridge, but the Matadors match up inside well against the Toreros, whose tallest starter is 6-7 forward Cameron Rigby. San Diego center Ryan Williams (6-6) averaged 24 points and 10.5 rebounds in victories over Concordia and Eastern Washington. Northridge, which uses a 10-man rotation, is getting an average of 39 points off the bench. Reserve guard Greg Minor averages a team-high 10.7 points.
