After two weeks marked by a rash of high-ranking rap debuts, the Southern California album chart settles down this week, with Lauryn Hill regaining the No. 1 position and only two albums entering the Top 10--Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli’s “Romanza” and the “Rush Hour” soundtrack. Dru Hill stays atop an almost motionless singles chart.
