To celebrate the pairing of Asian cuisine with California wines, a number of Southern California chefs and restaurateurs will join noted vintners from Napa Valley and Sonoma and Santa Barbara counties in a fund-raiser for the Asia Society California Center. Musicians and dancers will entertain guests as they sample food and wine and place bids on silent auction items. Wineries represented will include Joseph Phelps, Robert Mondavi, St. Supery, Bedford Thompson, Kenwood, Markham, Matanzas Creek, Pagor, Kendall-Jackson, Cosentino and Trefethen. Food is from Clay Pit, Indochine, Manhattan Wonton Co., A Thousand Cranes, Cinnabar, Yujean Kang and others.
