Ramirez Is Promoted

Shortstop Joel Ramirez of the JetHawks was promoted on Wednesday to double-A New Haven of the Eastern League.

The JetHawks recalled infielder Jose Moreno from Class A Wisconsin of the Midwest League, received right-handed pitcher Jason Turman from the Seattle Mariners’ extended spring training camp and assigned first baseman Rick Southall to Wisconsin.

Dodger right-hander Antonio Osuna will start tonight for San Bernardino against Lancaster in a rehabilitation assignment. Game time is 7:15 at the Hangar.
