DMV Tester Accused of Demanding Sex
A West Covina DMV employee was arrested and charged for bribery and extortion, after he allegedly asked a woman to perform a sex act in exchange for a passing score on her driving test, authorities said.
On Wednesday, Tim Lee, 40, allegedly instructed the woman to drive to an isolated area, where he propositioned her for sex. When she refused, he failed her, said California Highway Patrol Sgt. Ernie Sanchez.
Lee then allegedly asked for her telephone number and called her again that evening for sex, Sanchez said. The woman declined but notified authorities, who say they compiled enough evidence to arrest Lee on Thursday evening.
