The public is encouraged to attend the Vision and Planning Committee meeting Wednesday at 6 p.m. The committee is designed to create a vision of what the city will look like in 20 years, and then develop plans to make it happen. The committee meets at 6 p.m. in City Council chambers, 505 Forest Ave. Information: (949) 497-3311.
