CYPRESS
Cypress Library is waiting for the Orange County Board of Supervisors to approve a proposal that will enable it to open Sundays, the same proposal that was approved by the City Council last week.
If approved by the board, Cypress Library will be open Sundays from noon to 5 p.m., the only library in its region to open Sundays.
The library already has started recruiting to fill three part-time positions that will be added to staff the facility six days a week.
