DANA POINT
A sewage spill at Salt Creek in Monarch Beach has forced the closure of 1,000 feet of coastline to swimming and surfing until further notice. A blocked sewer line in the Moulton Niguel Water District collection system caused the spill. The closure includes a portion of Salt Creek County Beach. Information: (714) 667-3752.
