Applications for a holiday decorating contest for homes and businesses are being accepted by the Los Alamitos Fine Arts and Cultural Affairs Commission. Contest participants must reside in or have a business in the city. Applications must be received by Friday and decorations must be in place by Saturday and remain throughout the Christmas holiday.
