Kejuan Woods Out for Season
Boise State power forward Kejuan Woods was suspended Tuesday for the rest of the season for personal reasons after missing the past three games. “Kejuan’s scholarship will be honored for the rest of the school year,” Coach Rod Jensen said. “There are certain requirements that need to be met for him to become a part of his team again. We will evaluate his progress at the end of the season.”
Woods, a 6-foot-6 junior from Inglewood and Crossroads High, was not on the road trip for missing too many practices because of academics and community service stemming from his arrest a year ago for misdemeanor battery and resisting arrest. In his five games, Woods averaged 8.8 points and 3.2 rebounds.
