FULLERTON
Troy High School is welcoming high school students and four teachers who arrive today from sister city Fukui, Japan. On March 22-26, junior high students from Fukui will make a similar visit to Ladera Vista Junior High. The activities are part of this year’s 10th anniversary celebration of the affiliation between the two cities.
