The City Council tonight will once again consider joining the Orange County Regional Airport Authority, a pro-El Toro airport group. The item was continued at the request of Councilman Jim Potts at the Jan. 19 meeting. Previously, numerous speakers suggested the council also join the El Toro Reuse Planning Authority, an anti-El Toro Airport group, to gain additional information. The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers, 300 Centennial Way.
