PEPPERDINE (17-8, 8-2) at SAN FRANCISCO (9-16, 1-9), 7--The Waves, a game behind first-place Gonzaga, face the West Coast Conference’s worst team after splitting games with Loyola Marymount last week. With at least five games left, this could be Pepperdine’s first 20-victory season since 1992-93. The last time these teams met, Gerald Zimmerman scored 31 for the Dons in a 79-70 Pepperdine victory.

LOYOLA MARYMOUNT (10-12, 5-5) at SANTA CLARA (10-12, 6-4), 7:30, KXLU-FM (88.9)--For the Lions, the final four regular-season games are all about positioning for the WCC tournament. Four games out of first and three out of second, the Lions are a game out of third, behind Santa Clara and San Diego. Third place is critical, because the No. 3 seed wouldn’t play the No. 1 seed until the championship game, if both teams make it that far.
