Authorities Seek Help in Finding 4 Wanted Men

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four fugitives who are wanted in connection with crimes ranging from possession of narcotics to passing bad checks. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Padua Estrada, 22, was arrested in April on suspicion of possessing narcotics. He was released from jail when no charges were filed. Charges were filed in June. His last known address was on Wilbur Road in Thousand Oaks and he last worked as a laborer.

Estrada is 5 feet 10, 185 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Justin Alexander Dammeier, 24, is named in three warrants for violating probation on a conviction of being under the influence of narcotics. The bail amount listed on the warrants totals $120,000. Dammeier last lived at 584 Hillcrest Drive in Camarillo.

He is 5 feet 10, 180 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes. He has a picture of a girl tattooed on his left arm, faces and a mushroom on his chest, and images of a rose and another woman on his right arm.

James Thomas Hetherington, 42, was convicted of passing bad checks and placed on probation. He has violated the terms of his probation. Hetherington last lived in Thousand Oaks.

He is 6 feet 2, 205 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes.

In September, Timothy Michael Stalley, 34, was arrested on suspicion of brandishing a firearm, being a convicted felon in possession of a gun and concealing a firearm in a vehicle. He was released from jail after posting bail but has failed to appear in court.

Stalley last lived on Grapevine Road in Oak View. He is 5 feet 8, 155 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He has a grim reaper tattooed on his left arm and a skull on his right arm.
