EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM: Sepulveda Unitarian-Universalist Society, 9550 Haskell Ave., North Hills, will present an educational lecture with local union president Elena Durazo, who will speak on “Faith at Work” at 10:45 a.m. Sunday. Durazo organized the living-wage campaign in 1996-97. EPIPHANY CELEBRATION: Christ the King Christian Lutheran Church, 17400 Vanowen St., Van Nuys, will have a candle-lighting service to celebrate the Epiphany at 5:30 p.m. Sunday. The Epiphany marks the arrival of the wise men who followed the star of Bethlehem to Jesus. Worshipers are invited to bring a candle to place on the altar. Free. Information: (818) 342-0302.

JUDAISM CLASS FOR WOMEN: Kol Tikvah Temple, 20400 Ventura Blvd., Woodland Hills, will present “Nomad to Nordstrom,” a class on a woman’s perspective of Judaism from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday and running consecutive Mondays through Feb. 15. RITE OF INSTALLATION: Canoga Park Lutheran Church, 7357 Jordan Ave., will be installing the Rev. Kenneth C. Jenks as pastor at 3 p.m. Jan. 17.
