YORBA LINDA
The City Council last week voted 3 to 2 to grant EZ Lube a conditional-use permit to operate a 1,680-square-foot facility at Yorba Linda Boulevard and Valley View Avenue. Additionally, the council approved the project’s design review. Councilwoman Barbara Kiley, who appealed the Planning Commission’s Dec. 9 approval, and Councilman Gene Wisner cast the dissenting votes.
