LAGUNA HILLS
The Community Services Department is teaming up with the city of Laguna Niguel to throw a luau for the Circle of Friends of the Developmentally Disabled on Saturday night. There will be food and dancing at the event.
The bash, open to developmentally disabled young adults between the ages of 13 and 22, will be held at Laguna Niguel’s Parks and Recreation facility in Crown Valley Community Park. Partygoers are encouraged to wear Hawaiian shirts and other appropriate luau garb. Leis will be given to attendees.
The luau begins at 5:30 p.m., and tickets are $3. The park is on Crown Valley Parkway between La Paz and Niguel roads. Information: 707-2686.
