LAGUNA BEACH
The Planning Commission will meet Wednesday to consider a development agreement between the city and the Athens Group, the buyer of Treasure Island. Voters in April narrowly approved, in concept, plans for a luxury hotel resort and 34 homes for the coastal property. The formal agreement to be considered tomorrow contains all of the points approved by voters. The commission meets at 7 p.m. in City Council chambers, 505 Forest Ave. Information: (949) 497-0329.
