SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
The City Council and the Planning Commission will meet Friday to consider a draft vision statement and specific goals for the city’s updated General Plan. The General Plan, which establishes building standards in the city, has not been updated since 1974. The council recently extended a building moratorium for large-scale projects for another year while the plan undergoes review.
