The Community Services Department has opened a 1999 youth baseball team for fourth- to sixth-grade boys and girls, from Wednesday to Aug. 11, at Tamarack Park, 520 S. Tamarack Ave. The seven-week program stresses individual instruction, fundamentals and skill development. The program’s goals are player improvement and sportsmanship. Information: (714) 990-7734.
