The College Park East Neighborhood Assn. will hold its annual Fourth of July Bike Parade and Bar-B-Que on Sunday in Heather Park, near Heather Lane and Lampson Avenue. The event includes a children’s bicycle parade, with ribbons awarded to winners in each age group and a Disneyland ticket for the overall winner. The bicycle parade starts at noon; registration is at 11 a.m. Following the parade is a barbecue, which costs $2.50, and a chili cook-off.
