* CAL BAPTIST (0-0) at LOYOLA MARYMOUNT (0-0), Gersten Pavilion, 3 p.m., KXLU-FM (88.9)--The Lions open this season with big hopes, because for the first time in his tenure at Loyola Marymount, third-year Coach Charles Bradley has a team made up entirely of his recruits. The Lions, 11-16 last season, open against an NAIA team that was 15-18 in 1998-99, and should have an easy time at home.
