No Passing Fad at Kennedy
Coach Bob Francola of Kennedy High has a message for those who might think his decision to switch to a no-huddle, run-and-shoot passing offense is a one-year experiment.
“What we’re doing is forever,” Francola said.
“Bombs Away at JFK” has become the strategy for an 8-3 team that will meet Crenshaw on Wednesday in the City Championship quarterfinals.
Senior Ruben Zaragoza has passed for 3,028 yards and 34 touchdowns while completing 64% of his passes.
