Free Medical Tests Offered
The Los Angeles Olympic Lions Club will offer a free medical screening in Koreatown on Saturday for all low-income residents in the city.
The screening will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Ardmore Park Gymnasium, 3250 San Marino St.
The Olympic Lions Club, which has a predominantly Korean American membership, is hoping the event will promote racial harmony in Los Angeles. Spanish interpreters will be provided.
Sixteen Korean American physicians will be volunteering their time and assisting with the medical screening.
