2 L.A. Favorites Rate on Local Charts
Two favorite sons rode their area followings to spots in the Top 10 on the Southern California charts. Long Beach rapper Warren G’s new album is second only to Santana’s locally (while finishing No. 21 nationally), and the L.A. rock rabble rousers Rage Against the Machine hit No. 10 on the singles chart with “Guerilla Radio,” which is No. 21 on the national tally.
