ORANGE COUNTY NEWSMAKERS : Trimark Pacific Names Project Manager

* David W. Graf has joined Trimark Pacific Homes in Irvine as senior project manager. He has held project management positions with Lewis Homes and Presley of Southern California and was vice president of operations for the Baldwin Co.

* Peter G. Stamison has joined Holmes & Narver in Orange as senior vice president. Stamison’s experience includes serving as director of general services for the state of California, vice president of marketing, business development and customer development for a Lockheed company, founder of TMC, a telecommunications company and president and chief executive of Bits Inc.

* Matthew F. Weil has been named a partner in the law offices of Howard, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady, Falk & Rabkin in Newport Beach. Weil, a member of the civil litigation department, has been with the firm since 1992. In addition, Scott B. Garner joined Howard, Rice as a senior associate. He had been with Latham & Watkins in Costa Mesa. Robert D. Rowlett joined the firm as an associate in the intellectual property practice group. He previously was with the law firm of Christie, Parker & Hale.

* Steve Sultzer has been named vice president in charge of information services for Merit Property Management Inc. in Mission Viejo. He had been assistant vice president. Kevin Tilden moves from assistant vice president to vice president in charge of corporate finance.
