THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports over the weekend:

BREA

* West Imperial Highway: A petty theft was reported in the 300 block at 3:59 a.m. Wednesday.

* Brea Mall: A petty theft was reported in the 1000 block at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday.

* East Imperial Highway: A grand theft was reported in the 1200 block at 12:50 p.m. Tuesday.

* Brea Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 300 block at 9:36 p.m. Tuesday.

CYPRESS

* Ball Road: A burglary was reported in the 4000 block at 10:18 a.m. Tuesday. Coins and laser printers worth $15,000 to $20,000 were stolen from a Union Bank.

DANA POINT

* Cheltam Way: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 33000 block at 6:16 a.m. Thursday.

* Del Obispo Street: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 34000 block at 8:56 p.m. Wednesday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Slater Avenue: A CD player and air filter were stolen from a car parked in the 10400 block at 7:44 a.m. Wednesday.

FULLERTON

* West Bastanchury Road: A burglary was reported in the 100 block at 8:16 a.m. Tuesday.

* Ruby Drive: A burglary from a 1991 Honda Civic was reported in the 2000 block at 8:32 a.m. Tuesday.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Hollywood Lane: A boy was assaulted at L.A. Boxing in the 16300 block at 4:57 p.m. Tuesday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Marlin Drive: A report of a residential burglary in the 700 block at 9:56 p.m. Wednesday.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Alicia Parkway: A suspicious person was spotted at 9:42 p.m. Wednesday.

* Stockport: Deputies responded to a suspicious-person report in the 25000 block at 2:29 p.m. Wednesday.

* El Toro Road at Carlota: Deputies responded to a report of a reckless driver at 4:03 p.m. Tuesday.

LAGUNA NIGUEL

* Belaire: A reckless driver was reported in the 100 block at 11:29 p.m. Tuesday.

LAKE FOREST

* Ridge Route Drive and Rockfield Boulevard: A traffic collision occurred at 10:08 a.m. Wednesday.

* Trabuco Road and Cherry Avenue: A reckless driver was reported at 2:38 p.m. Wednesday.

MISSION VIEJO

* Los Alisos and Muirlands boulevards: A traffic collision occurred at 7:56 a.m. Wednesday. There were no injuries.

PLACENTIA

* East Chapman Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 400 block at 1:26 p.m. Wednesday.

* East Orangethorpe Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 1200 block at 11:32 p.m. Wednesday.

* Waco Avenue: Gunshots were reported in the 2300 block at 9:59 a.m. Tuesday.

* East Imperial Highway: A petty theft was reported in the 1000 block at 5:29 p.m. Tuesday.

SAN CLEMENTE

* Avenida del Mar: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 100 block at 4:21 a.m. Thursday.

* El Vuelo: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 400 block at 6:26 p.m. Thursday.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO

* Calle Belmonte: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 27000 block at 9:22 a.m. Thursday.

* Alipaz Street: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 32000 block at 6:26 p.m. Thursday.

YORBA LINDA

* Dover Lane: A grand theft was reported in the 23200 block at 9:43 a.m. Wednesday.

* Lake Terrace Way: A petty theft was reported in the 16700 block at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday.

* Yorba Linda Boulevard: Malicious mischief was reported in the 18500 block at 11:37 a.m. Wednesday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports over the weekend: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Garden Grove, Irvine, Laguna Woods, La Habra, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Orange, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Stanton, Tustin, Villa Park, Westminster and Yorba Linda.
