At a recent City Council meeting, Mayor Miguel A. Pulido Jr. presented the Mayor’s Exceptional Citizen Award to local artist and arts promoter Randy Au.

A Reading City Award went to resident Sara Radcliffe for her efforts in recruiting volunteers for Literacy Connection, a program that brings reading participants and literacy volunteers together. Also at the meeting, Pulido recognized Marisela Quijano-Mooneyham for her years of service as the Consul de Mexico for Orange County.
