HUNTINGTON BEACH
Organizers of the city’s 96th annual Fourth of July parade are now accepting applications for entries. Any business or association is eligible. This year’s theme is “Parade 2000: Celebrating the Century.” About 250,000 spectators are expected to line city streets on Independence Day.
The deadline for submitting entries is June 2. Forms are available at City Hall, 2000 Main St., or call (714) 374-4800, Ext. 444.
