The city will conclude its free Concerts in the Park series Thursday with a performance by the steel drum group Island Fever. The concert will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Tri City Park on Kraemer Boulevard. Residents are encouraged to bring picnic dinners, blankets and lawn chairs. (714) 993-8184.
