* COLLEGE OF NOTRE DAME (4-0) at CAL STATE FULLERTON (0-3), 7 p.m.-- Donny Daniels is still looking for his first regular-season victory as Fullerton coach. Forward Ike Harmon, the leading Titan scorer and rebounder the last two seasons, returned this week after a two-game suspension, but Harmon isn’t back in top form after a layoff that began in mid-October because of a foot injury. Harmon played only six minutes in Fullerton’s loss to Pepperdine Tuesday. Guard Kevin Richardson has been the Titans’ top threat, averaging 15.7 points. Fullerton has struggled inside without Harmon. Center Matt Caldwell has gotten only eight shots in three games.
