In the Simi Valley tournament:

Simi Valley 58, Santa Clara 55--Teresa Cooper scored the last five points of the game in the final 1:10 and the Pioneers won in pool play.

Cooper scored 19 points in the first half and finished with 24. Mikali Bender had 10 points for Simi Valley (7-1).

Ashley Biggins had 24 points for Santa Clara (2-6), including 18 in the first half, and Margeaux Hallahan had 16 points.

Alemany 62, El Camino Real 52--Mariania Wrighster scored 14 of her 20 points in the second half for the Indians in a pool play victory.

Alemany (3-4) plays Hart (7-3) Tuesday at 7 p.m. to determine who will advance to Friday’s semifinals.

El Camino Real (3-2) led, 16-11, after the first quarter and was ahead, 25-24, at halftime.

Karen Shun scored 18 points for the Conquistadores and Aubree Smithey added 12 points.

Cynthia Urena scored 10 points for the Indians, who took the lead, 41-40, on Wrighster’s three-point play at the end of the third quarter.

Camarillo 60, Canyon 40--Gillian Lillich scored 26 points, and Lauren Stroot and Rachel Young each scored 11 for the Scorpions (7-1) in pool play.

Ashley Palmer had 13 points and Erica Doyle 10 for Canyon (7-4).

In other games:

Jasper Place 85, Grant 71--Alexis Weatherspoon had 26 points, 15 rebounds and nine steals, but the Lancers lost the third-place game of the Jasper Place tournament in Edmonton, Canada.

Krystal Clay had 21 points and nine rebounds for Grant (2-3), scoring 19 points in the second half after picking up three fouls early in the first half.

Lauren Popovici scored 34 points for the Rebels.

Montclair Prep 48, Culver City 20--Eshaya Murphy scored 32 points and the Mounties (5-0) won the Marlborough tournament.

Murphy was named the tournament’s most valuable player.

Thousand Oaks 53, Ridgecrest 44--Courtney Vasquez scored 15 of her 21 points in the second half for the Lancers (4-3) in a nonleague victory at Ridgecrest.
