Sony Pictures Promotes HR Vice President

Beth Berke, executive vice president of human resources at Sony Pictures Entertainment, has been promoted to the new position of chief administrative officer, giving her responsibility of all studio operations, legal and human resources functions.

* Pasadena-based Jim Dickson Realtors has appointed Diane Hardie director of business development. Hardie has been an real estate agent in the Pasadena area for the last eight years.

* Steve Feely has been named senior vice president and chief marketing officer at Farmers Insurance Group. He will be based in Los Angeles. Feely had been vice president of field operations.

* Finn Johnson and Jerry Keeney have joined Alhambra-based PropertyFirst.com Inc. as vice presidents of East and West Coast regional sales, respectively. Johnson comes from property management firm Bollerman Development Corp., and Keeney was a managing director at Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis in Hawaii. PropertyFirst.com is a commercial real estate listings Web site.

* Victoria Biagiotti has been appointed manager of members services for the World Trade Center Assn. Los Angeles-Long Beach and will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating member activities, including trade delegations. Biagiotti formerly served as corporate worldwide marketing manager for AHT Corp.
