LAGUNA NIGUEL
A picnic sponsored by proponents of Measure F will be held Saturday, come rain or shine.
Public officials scheduled to attend include state Sen. Bill Morrow (R-Oceanside), Assemblywoman Patricia Bates (R-Laguna Niguel), Orange County Supervisor Tom Wilson, Councilwoman Linda Lindholm, Sheila Benecke, president of the Capistrano Unified School District board, and Thomas F. O’Malley Jr., deputy executive director of the El Toro Reuse Planning Authority.
A variety of activities are planned for children. Each family is encouraged to pack picnic lunches.
The event begins at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Crown Valley Highlands Community Park, 23372 Niguel Road.
