Man, 40, Dies After Car Veers Off Road, Hits Embankment
TUJUNGA —
A man died late Saturday night after his car veered off a road and crashed into a dirt embankment, police said.
Brett Michael, 40, crashed his car at the corner of Tujunga Canyon and Foothill boulevards at around 10:25 p.m., said Officer Steve Cohen of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Traffic Division.
Michael was transported in very critical condition to Verdugo Hills Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Cohen said the cause of the accident is under investigation.
